I agree. Last night's episode was intense. I don't blame Lem either. Who wants to put up with the pressure, but like Teri said it's part of his duty as store manager. At least Lem, could have apologized for spending the money without consulting the sisters. That's the only problem I saw.
Now and William his "after hours appointments" was just straight nasty.
I forgot to add, if I were Lem, made a $15,000 profit, and Teri wanted to double check my work, I would have let her. Lem doesn't have business/store experience that we know of, so if he didn't have anything to hide, check them. That way if he was correct, then that would a) prove Teri wrong and b) reinforce to Bird that he can take care of business and be a positive man.
