Who is this girl? And who told her her outfit was cute? There's a lot going on there.

Yeah, I saw an episode last weekend on MTV. It's called "Borrow My Crew". A fan of a celebrity gets to borrow their entourage (manager, assistant, trainer, etc.) for a day. Diddy and his crew were in the first episode. It was just alright.

She also has an idea that she can play her in a "flashback" episode per se as a younger Raven.
That is so funny!!

I may be a tweener (between misses and plus, a soror needs room for the butt and thighs), but people like MamaTrap, a 5' size 2, need clothes, too.
The industry needs to look at all ages, too. I had dinner with a sorority sister who works in fashion merchandising. She was telling me that almost all of the major clothing chains are trying desperately to find ways to appeal to active women between 40 and 60 who are willing to spend money to look tasteful, hence the rapid expansion of Talbots and Chicos. They're too old for Gap and Abercrombie, but they aren't ready for the Sears and JCPenney crowd.

Agreed.

The Gap is planning to open some test stores with fashion that appeals to the 40-60 (my demographic now, LOL), crowd.

I like Talbots for certain items, but Chico's and Eileen Fisher, for instance, don't appeal to me. I'm an Ellen Tracy, Dana Buchman kind of gal.

Soror, hit outlets and secondhand stores. You will find Dana at reasonable prices there. That's how I do it.

That's right! I was able to get a Dana dress for under $70. I love it!

And a beautiful dress it is. I haven't worn my sea green one yet...I may wear it to chapter meeting if it's warm...
