While the LionShare (the Food Lion program) is an easy fundraiser, it is very hard to raise a significant amount of money utilizing it. I do professional fundraising for a not-for-profit organization, and we tried to use this program. Over 500 people registered their MVP cards through the Food Lion website, and we average about $12 a quarter. And, you have to remember to resign up all the cards utilizing the program annually.
