I will try to help!
Hi! I was the colony President of the now Eta Rho chapter in Savannah Ga. I will tell you that we recruited most of our women by being involved in other organizations. We also asked girls that we met in classes or just around campus to come hang out with some "friends". This way they do not get the whole judgement thing going until they get there and find out that you all are in a sorority. THat is usually what hooks them. If they can see that you have girls that genuinely enjoy being around each other, it will attract women who are searching for the same.
Keep your head up and try your hardest to keep those girls excited. I know how difficult it can be, especially when it takes so much work just to keep a colony together! If you ever need anything please IM me or email me! I will try to help in any way! I wish you the best of luck! Amanda
