To answer your question, Jen, there is no equivalent letter of "J" in the Greek alphabet. To get a similar "J" sound, you would start with a tau and then a sigma. For Jennifer, it would most likely be spelled: tau, sigma, epsilon, nu, iota, phi, epsilon, rho.

The four types of the "I" sound can be made by epsilon, eta, iota and sometimes upsilon.
