frustration with the new website

I have been unable to even sign up.

I went to the section to enter my basic info and I cant get past member sign up.

I have entered everything correctly.

First Name *
Last Name *
Maiden Name *
Greek Name of Initiation Chapter *
Member Number (XXX-XXXX) *
Year of Initiation (YYYY) *

And It keeps telling me

No match could be found. Please check spelling and Member Number for accuracy

I have emailed and they told me what they have as my name and I have been entering that - the same information that they have.

I have asked for help more then twice.

Anyone have any hints on how to get past member sign up . . . like is it case sensitive or do i need to put the number in specifically.

Any help would be appreciated.
