It is called the Panhellenic Recruitment Counselor Handbook.
It has alot of great tips and information to set up training sessions. Most of the forms needed for Recruitment are in it and you just use them to create one for your campus. Also the Green Book has alot of it.
They are supposed to be putting out a Recruitment Manual in the Spring with all of the new resolutions explained. You might want to wait or get both. I don't know what is in the new one yet.
