I had a really good setup too--I was single during freshman year, after having been in unhealthy relationships before then, and dated a lot. Partied three nights a week. Then, during sophomore year and junior, I was in a long-distance relationship...which allowed me to go out w/ my friends without having someone as a distraction. I spent my junior year abroad, which a lot of my friends in relationships actually opted out of doing in order to stay close to their SO.
So, being single can be a good thing for you. I love being in a relationship, but I've learned that it's being with a specific person that's nice about being attached, not simply "having someone."
