Actually, I was not confusing the two, although they do have similar election and invitation processes. I am a member of both. The newsletter I am speaking of is the key reporter. I knew I didn't have the full name right, but I also knew it had something to do with key, the key of phi beta kappa being important to the group historically. however, it is not just an online newsletter, either. i receive it quarterly at my home through the mail!
