Well, I think OUR (the Chi Omegas who have posted here) frustration is this:
This ridicule is going on in our forum. The not so nice comments are coming from women who are not members of our organization. However, most new GCers (incuding PNMs, parents, lurkers, etc) would not know that because you do not reference your org. in your name or signature (aside from kddani). Obviously that's your perogative, and I could generally care less. But in this instance, we simply do not want your issues with this poster to reflect badly on our organization.
I think both OTW and 33 know that I "like" them in the cyber world just fine. I do not, in this instance, appreciate you posting and being a bit nasty IMO, in my organization's forum. I understand WHY you are doing this as you think the original poster might be a troll or whatnot, but we'd really appreciate it if you could take it to pm or another board.
And as NutBrn said, we would have closed this thread a long time ago but our multiple requests to John for a new moderator have been ignored.
Ladies, please, I'm asking us all to drop this - especially since the original poster has not posted since late Thursday night.
