DGPhoney's advice is very good, and also--sometimes it helps to talk to some trusted friends...even though they may not say what you want to hear--you should listen anyway. It doesn't mean that you have to take their advice...but sometimes hearing a variety of opinions really helps.
Also, usually either your head or heart (one or the other) WILL give you answers...just stop thinking about it too much. If you just relax, let go, and let whatever come to you...it will come to you
