I would think Neosporin...but it's not doing a very good job of healing my foot! Also, cocoa butter (palmer's) is great!!!
Oh, I used to get nicks too while shaving...just be slow in your movement (don't shave while you're in a hurry!) and don't re-shave an area at once (that leads to nicks in my experience). Also--I use Gillette Shave Gel or SKintimates--and it has never given me any nicks!!!
