it depends on your campus, but there isn't an official Alpha Phi rule stating you are "too old" or its "too late" to rush. However, I know that many sorority chapters hesitate to take seniors because of many reasons - mostly that women in their fourth year are usually focusing on graduating and pledging takes up a lot of time and effort. I also fear that you will come across the same issues perhaps, being older than your pledge class can sometimes isolate you.

Alpha Phi does do Alumna Initiations that you could look into after you graduate college. It's a great opportunity to still be involved with Alpha Phi, although its different than the collegiate experience but just as rewarding I'm sure.
