The best part is, whenever you see each other, it usually isn't a weekly meeting where it's business, or a rush event, etc. You really get to be friends with these people, you get to know them better on a daily basis. Could not agree more. The best way to improve brotherhood is to have brothers spend time together. And not in a meeting or structured activity.
