Because asexual reproduction is the field of biology is about 1)a unicellular eukaryote that separates by fission... or 2)a multicellular eukaryotic metazoan that has two fully functional sexual organs--a hermaphrodite--and they can go f themselves--essentially--like C. elegans and some snails... No human has the capability to do that, yet--without full genetic reconstruction and modification... But, I tell yah, I wouldn't want to be doing anything remotely related to that kind of research...
