They look terrible to me. That pic is ugly. Beyonce looks like she is trying to get into the pic, like "Can you see me?"
Michelle looks like an angry drag queen, and Kelly looks like a little girl who either just woke up or just got a whuppin'.
Maybe this is the pre-airbrushed pic?
ETA- I think they are all generally pretty, just a bad pic.
