Candace Bergen - actress, "Murphy Brown" & "Sweet Home Alabama" - It is unclear whether Ms. Bergen was ever officially initiated, if she was, I believe she has since formally resigned membership.
Mrs. Campell - Wife of the owner of Campbell's Soup (Ever wonder why the fleur-de-lis is on the can?) - Unfortunately, a myth. I have researched high and low on this one.

When discussing the "notable kappas" section on my chapter's website with a fraternity official, I got a definitive "Candace Bergen is not a Kappa" statement. I don't know if that means she ever was a Kappa or not, but I think she has to definitely stay off the lists because if she ever was one, she definitely isn't one now.
