Here's one of my favorites (but you'd need to change the frats to match your school)

My sweatshirt may say Delta Sig,
Or maybe Theta Chi or Sig Pi,

Oh yes an A-S-A I'll stay.
Clap a steady rhythm the whole time. The first two lines of each verse are sort of shouted and the rest sort of goes to "When the Saints Go Marching In" (Does anyone else who does this chant know how to explain it better??)
