WTF?!?! This is like the shit that I can't even think of. OK someone kicks an animal...I can see someone being messed up like that. But who the hell is this sick to do that??

I can't believe something like this happened in my neighborhood. Oh, and the 14 year old who's family owns the shed admitted that he and a group of his friends decided to do this "just for fun". His father, who is a very prominent attorney in Annapolis was heard to say that "They were only stray cats, who cares?"
What the hell is wrong with people???
