I am not going to presume to speak for smartblondeGPB, but i don't believe she meant it the way are taking it.
I believe she is just stating an obvious point. If you think you are at physical risk, call the police.
If there is no physical risk . . well then there isn't.
No one is encouraging harm on anyone.
And as an extra: If you think the person is highly unstable and likely to physically try and kill or maim you, provoking them by posting a lot of this stuff publicly is just unwise.
You should have gone straight to the police.
Claiming threat of death or injury is taking IHE to a whole 'nother level of drama.
