leadership consultanta are also great b/c they just graduated, meaning they know what it's like to be in college and to really run a chapter. it's a great way to exchange ideas and start picking up traditions for your chapter to use. ask her how her chapter did big sis reveals, or what kind of socials they had. it helps alot!!!
