I am from the soon to be new Tri-Sig colony in Savannah. Our leadership consultant is arriving this Friday. What exactly does she do and what should I expect? If you could help me out that would be awesome! Thanks so much, Amanda Robinson

She's there basically there to give you guidance, and to show you how to successfully function as a chapter, since y'all are new and don't have anyone to show you the ropes. She's there to answer any questions you have. :)

leadership consultanta are also great b/c they just graduated, meaning they know what it's like to be in college and to really run a chapter. it's a great way to exchange ideas and start picking up traditions for your chapter to use. ask her how her chapter did big sis reveals, or what kind of socials they had. it helps alot!!!
