I prefer Laura over Teresa. Laura is more polished, refined, and gracious (as others have stated). She speaks her mind, but maintains her social grace at the same time.
I find Teresa to be a loud mouth broad that irrates me for some reason. Gosh every time I see or hear her, it reminds me of someone runniing their finger nails across a chalkboard.
Yep, its Laura.
