Old things die very very quickly. If it ain't broke don't fix it. That seemed to be the biggest hurdle on my campus and we're a small school, 4 groups, no housing, etc.

Plus, you can say no frills or try and set budgets, but then the problem of "donations" comes into play.

Then again, this is just my experience. Unfortunately on my campus, the different org. advisors tend to not work together and provide an example for the collegians, which then affects Panhel. Let's just say our recruitment roundtables were not the best meeting ever.

I still enjoy a structured recruitment. At least at my campus where it is just increasing to 5 groups, and it is deferred. Women need that push those first two nights to attend every group. Too many opinions are formed that first semester that need to be dissipated.
