If Kappa Sigma was to move into the Sigma Kappa, they wouldn't have to do much alterations. Just switch the letters.
Frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if Kappa Sig did get to move into Columbia Terrace. I think the UK administration is looking at chapters that have the stability and alumni (read financial) support first. Also based on seniority and Kappa Sigma is one of UK's oldest chapters. (1901)
