My chapter has been really succesfull with a BBQ/cookout. We can usually find a place to donate the meats... and each sister is responsible for either, two 2 liters of drink, or 3 bags of buns, or cups or whatever... whatever ends up being about equal dollar amount. Granted it prob. cost a bit more for only 25 ppl. but we have done well w/ only 30 sisters participating. We also borrow a frat's grill, and usually a guy or two to cook
I know it's the same old idea, but we usually sell tons of tickets, and the cost is easily covered at $3 a ticket, usually.
