Did you check out my location?
Right now, I'm reworking my Boule packing checklist.

My LS told me that if I'm too excited now, I'll burn out before we get on the plane. My digital camera is all ready, I'm ready, and I can't wait!

OKay, Boule veterans. I am calling on all of you. This is my first time going and I have "neo fever." I want to pack everything and anything. But I know I can't.
Give us poor slugs some packing tips and/or general pointers.
Pretty please

Thank you! I could use some help too!
Soror pNc, don't forget that Wednesday is Pink and Green day, so you have your outfit for at least 1 day!
My Basileus said that you definitely can't go wrong with Pink, Green, Black and White.

This is my first Boule, too, Soror. I've been doing a packing checklist and schematics. So far, I'm taking 10 pairs of shoes and seven handbags, LOL. I'm going to have to take an extra bag because of packing restrictions.
And I'd agree with Soror btb about pink, green and neutrals. Make sure you have a white dress or skirt suit. The banquet, I've heard, isn't full-on formal kit like you'd wear to a debutante ball. The hostess chapter gala is "after five dress."

Sorors,
definitely bring the (unadorned) white dress/skirt suit. you will not get into the plenary when the Honoraries are installed if you're dressed incorrectly. pink, green, and neutrals are a good idea, plus make sure you have cool clothes (it's supposed to be hot), check The Weather Channel prior to leaving. do remember your very comfortable shoes . you will be walking a lot.
my tips, as a Boule vet...4 and counting...

I was forwarded an email a couple of days ago from a Nashvillian (is that a word?) Soror with a couple more tips:
Since it's hot, be prepared for maybe two outfits a day, as you may want to freshen up. Ditto the mix-and-match separates, and maybe limiting the shoes to save space.
Bring snacks, the sessions are long and you may not have enough time to stop at a restaurant or find a snack machine between events.
Also, if any ladies have their hair pressed, don't forget about the humidity! Bring a hat or a scarf to throw on while you're outdoors, (or go au naturale like yours truly ) Supposedly, it's pretty bad right now.
Ahh, I'm *trying* to pack... I'm trying to limit myself to three bags (so it'll all match... why do I have pink and green luggage? ) but it's reeeeally not working out!

Sorors,
Yes, I've been m.i.a. for a minute. I've been busy, busy, busy. But I will be attending Boule also. I'm also in the Boule Invitational for Michigan. I'm one of the dancers in the presentation. I look forward to hanging out w/ my lovely Sorors. Until then take care.
