I know a common thing on my campus is when the fraternitys go to each house on the day of their meeting and serenade them and they usually have flowers to give to each girl in the sorority. Typically the flower that they give to them is their sorority's flower or a bouquet. It's cute to see the guys sing and it fosters good relations amongst both organizations because the fraternity makes an effort.
