To win over the ladies hearts
hello ladies, i hope is everyone is doing fine today..i am the new VP programming for sig in the fall and i want to really make a huge impression on the girls right off at the first of the semester? got any ideas?...it will be done on my own because the chapter thinks sorority relations is low priority and i want to change that...so do you have any cheap/cool/romantic ideas that i can do for the whole chapter of girls at once? i volunteer at a pre-school so i thought about taking all the lil kids over to the girls to pass out flowers? i dunno...please help.........michael

I know a common thing on my campus is when the fraternitys go to each house on the day of their meeting and serenade them and they usually have flowers to give to each girl in the sorority. Typically the flower that they give to them is their sorority's flower or a bouquet. It's cute to see the guys sing and it fosters good relations amongst both organizations because the fraternity makes an effort. http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/smile.gif Lotsa brownie points.

Another idea... there is actually a National Star Registry where you can registar stars (that are in the sky) under certain names. You would have to look into in because I'm not sure on specifics but it is possible. I'm sure you pay a fee but it shouldn't be too expensive. A fraternity registered a star under our name and gave us this framed certificate of the registration and it our stars name. It was neat.

Your idea was great! That would melt my heart to have kids there passing out carnations! Another idea (cheap but sweet)- chalk talk!
You write all over the sidewalk in front of the house/dorm/stairwell of the sorority- good positive things in all different colors of chalk. When the sorority wakes up the next a.m. and walks out to class- they are welcomed to things like "Alpha Alpha rules" "We luv the Alpha's!" Love, The Men of Sig Ep Hope this helps!
