1. Well if you don't already, a dry rush.
2. Get a list of the incoming freshmen and have you current members make recommendations of kids coming from their high schools
3. Use school sporting events, ex. tailgate before football games, but along with #1 keep it a dry tail gating party. I know one we always do is go to the women’s soccer game... rushes are usually impressed that we support all athletics.
4. Help the freshman move into the dorms, it works better than dorm storming and it get you in really well with their parents, their isn't anything more a dad or mom would appreciate more on move in day than not having to carry that mini fridge and a bunch of boxes.
I was in charge of recruitment for IFC at my campus so I could probably go on and on but I think my first point will stir up enough people I will just stop their and add on later
