Our Theta Xi chapter was Beta Omicron but since they were hygenic it wasn't an issue.
Some groups skip "Eta" altogether as a first letter - I think because it sounds like "Ate-A." The only chapter we have that starts with it is Eta Eta (our oldest chapters are all double letters).
