I'm pretty sure APhiA doesn't allow letters or insignia on flasks, steins, shot glasses, etc.
I read that in our vendor policy, I think.

I tend to think of people as individuals, not mindless XYZ clones. I also think that some people get offended really easily.

 | Well, that's the thing... I said you have to think before you speak. You also have to think before you act. Everybody can handle their liquor, they just have different breaking points and need to know when to stop. Know when to say enough and only drink a little. Just enough to have fun, but not get stupid.

Plus, on the letter topic - at a lot of schools, people know who is in what org., so it doesn't matter if you are wearing your letters or not, people will still know that you were that XYZ that got wasted and thew up in the hall of some fraternity.

 | That's true. Too many just don't care though. That's why in my chapter if someone acted like an ass when they got drunk, they became the DD for the rest of the semester or year, depending on the extent of their behavior. They got the message.

Back to the topic. What you do on your own reflects more negatively on you than your fraternity/sorority. Some people just need to lighten up and stop trying to be holier than thou.

 | Totally agree. James, I was saying what the modus operandi of the day was, I wasn't saying I agreed with it.
