They also report that he did not appear to have just run down 3 flights of stairs (i.e. out of breath, elevated heart rate). Maybe it would be better w/ visuals, but does anyone else see something fishy about this?

That's not actually what happened - I'll come back and edit this later. He was nabbed in a movie theater after shooting Officer Tippit.
