Hypothetically speaking, how do you think the idea of non-denominational prayers being used at the next Boulé would be recieved? Is this a bug we should be putting in the National Chaplain's ear?
I think this is where our Muslim, Buddhist, LDS, Transcendental Meditation, Universalist, Scientology, Hindu, Judaism, NOI and other Sorors who believe in a Higher Power but not necessarily Jesus Christ, need to make their feelings known via letter to the Exec Board. Because we don't ask about religious affiliation during the MIP, I don't think many Sorors realize how many Sorors we have in the organization who are not Christians. Additionally, those Sorors like myself who are devout Christians yet understand the need for non-denominational prayers within the Sorority, would also support this endeavor. SoTrue, a letter/bug certainly can't hurt. We can discuss in detail on FW, if you are willing to take ownership.
