"Interesting"! I'd heard that on the news today, that someone aged 53 had been banned from every NHS hospital and private clinic for life, but the story was different. They didn't mention the fetish for taking medical items and just said he was well known in the area for going to hospitals and being abusive and the last straw had been threatening staff with a knife so they asked for this measure via the courts.
Either way... scary!
