That's sad. To me, if you are a beautiful woman before joining an org....you will still be a beautiful woman. If you are comfortable with self then it should never be a factor. The only stereotype that seems to persist is that we are warm, down to earth friendly women :-) My Finer Sorors come in all shapes and siZes, complexions, races, religious denominations, etc...Zeta is EVERY Woman!
