I would think that if they did have a body odor problem that they certainly have the money to fix it. There are prescription-strength deoderants out there. You can get botox injections in your arm pits to stop the sweating (many stars do this on red carpet night anyway so they don't get sweat stains). There are also surgeries that will remove excess sweat glands from your armpits, hands, feet and other places where your body is producing way too much sweat and therefore leading to odor problems.
If these people do indeed smell, I would guess it's more because of their lack of personal hygeine than an actual medical condition.
No matter how famous you are or how much money you have, NOBODY wants to be around someone who smells like tuna salad sandwhich that was left in a lunchbox over a long weekend.
