I've seen pictures in people magazine with other famous people, famous adults I might add, wearing shirts like this, so are they desperate?

And as for the shirt, if I want to buy one, I'm certainly not going to explain to people why I bought a cute shirt, especially if they can't see the humor behind the shirt.
It comes off that way, yes... Do I think you are truly desperate? No. But, those shirts on a grown woman would project such a message to me.
If I saw someone even a celebrity wearing one of those shirts I would stand back and laugh at their lameness... But, what celebrities wear and what normal people should wear are different matters. Lara Flynn Boyle can wear a pink tutu, but I don't think any normal woman should.
I'm sorry you are so offended by my response. But, you did ask which shirts like these would people buy. I wouldn't buy any of them. Lighten up -- it's a T-Shirt!
