first, I say get some mixers going with all the sororities. have a 10 way mixer-those are the most fun. Also, if you're a national, take a road trip to another chapter at another school. we did visits all the time-also to other fraternities(i'm in a sorority). get some socials at local bars, have house parties. I don't understand how anyone would go through pledging to not be a part of something. you all pledged for some purpose. My sorority and alumni are very tight-and we're a local!
Get to the root of the problem at a meeting and remind everyone of why you pledged and the purpose of the fraternity. How are you ever going to get pledges if you don't show unity and brotherhood?
