I think it's pretty clear to anyone that the fault doesn't lie with Ole Miss. I'm sure they'd love to have another sorority chapter -- or another five sorority chapters. It's the sororities themselves that don't want to take the chance that they might end up wasting millions of dollars on an Ole Miss colonization, and I'm not sure I blame them. The atmosphere itself is just not supportive to a recolonization there.
It's easy to say, "Hey, Ole Miss is screwing themselves by not taking another sorority," but that's obviously not the problem.
