I am right there with all of you! I LOVED recruitment all through college and now I LOVE being recruitment advisor for my AOTT girls. Yup, there are some long night and yup, its hard to deal with the drama and trauma at times but I seriously love it and would never want to lose the fun of watching new girls run out and for seeing all of your hard work come together.
Can't wait till September!
