to rush girls next year! I don't understand why everyone 'complains' about it! Even though a lot of girls have explained the 'secrets' of rush i didn't get to know when i was a pnm i still cant wait to see the 'other' side of rush!!!

i love your enthusiasm!!rush is really fun and you can enjoy yourself! i'll bet if you keep that positive attitude, every girl you escort will be dying to come back to the dg house!

Honestly it is a wonderful experience. I remember back when I was an Alpha how much I wanted to help with recruitment. Then when fall came around again and I was a Delta I couldnt wait.

I always loved it, but I can see how some complain about it. It is such long hours, so much practice, so much going on. It can take a toll on some. Some people just dont have all that time to take out for it either.

I LOVE RECRUITMENT
Every year I loved it and was so excited about it. Its so great to see those people who could become your sisters and see it all come together. Great moment..

I also loved being a Rho Chi and getting to disaffiliate from my chapter to take the potentials around. I loved to be able to help them and to see how excited they were about the process too.

I miss that :(

Ditto. Hence why I was determined to be slated as VP of Recruitment/Memebership.. and got it :D As soon as we were done with Spring recruitment this year, I was attempting to pump-up my sisters about the fall..they didn't really go for that*shrug* :P

I CAN NOT WAIT for fall recruitment!!! :D :D :D

Recruitment time of year is fun till recruitment starts then it's hectic as hell...........no offense. I enjoyed meeting new people and getting a new group of girls. I enjoyed spending time with and bonding with my sisters durign work week and what not, but once recruitment started(and I know you all know what I'm talking about).........it was madness. I was glad it was over. No offense to anyone.

No I see that too. It is very hectic and madness all over, but I know for me I was always so pumped for the events I didnt even see the madness. I was Recruitment Info Chair so I had to help with everything. It was a great experience though. Def hectic, but I love to feed off that and the girls are always so dang cute and nice I get soooo excited.......

Everyone who is still active, HAVE fun for me this fall. I went alum 03 so now I miss it. I think Ill volunteer to help as an alum so I can meet and greet the potentials but Ill miss all involved with recruitment.....

Recruitment is fun...but there can be lllllong nights.

I'll be on the 'other side' too this fall! And I'm excited too! All the actives think I'm nuts! Everyone thinks I'll be a top rusher just b/c I'm obsessed with Sigma. :)

It's so great to hear someone so excited about recruitment!!!! I felt the same exact way before I was on rush on the "other side" for my first time, and I still feel the same way!!!

I am right there with all of you! I LOVED recruitment all through college and now I LOVE being recruitment advisor for my AOTT girls. Yup, there are some long night and yup, its hard to deal with the drama and trauma at times but I seriously love it and would never want to lose the fun of watching new girls run out and for seeing all of your hard work come together.
Can't wait till September!
