Really, the girls need to go where they feel comfortable or at home. What if they join that particular chapter BECAUSE numbers are low and they feel bad - - what if they end up hating it?? Or worse yet, what if they bleed those colors and then the chapter closes anyway? On the same note, if they joined SK "just because", thos will end up being 'those' sisters - - the ones that everyone talks about that doesn't actually being SK. So I say tell them of all the chapters that are COB-ing, nothing in particular about any of them, and let them make their own decision.
