Hi There,
Not any bad or sad news but just wanted to make a suggestion that seems to be working for us regarding committees and getting them to meet. We now have it scheduled during our meetings that about 20 minutes of the Vice Archon's report is actually committees breaking off and meeting. The VA announces which committees need to meet based up the chairs notifying her or the particular events coming up. This has helped our committees start to run so much smoother which of course makes life so much easier on everyone.
Trying to get to chapter meetings, committee meetings, working 40 hours, plus school talk about a juggling act and for me add in eboard meetings. Lots of time management going on here.
