It is sad. I believe that Alpha Xi is UK's first NPC GLO.
My understanding is that the Alpha Xi house is owned by the university. Do you know if Alpha Xi has a year to "recolonize" or "come back" otherwise they relinquish any right to the house and it "returns" to UK?
Since a few fraternities either do not have housing or have a dorm floor, I'm sure any of them would be biting at the chance to get it. And being in the middle of the Sororities would be quite a recruitment draw.
