Thy pins shall go to national or to the family member who is given them....BUT, even a daughter may not wear a pin to which she is not entitled! This gets especially sticky with financial donation pins....Who is going to be the lucky one who gets to tell the 90 year-old-woman that she can't wear her mother's President's project pin? Do you think THIS Insignia Chair is going to do that? NOPE! I do not ever wish to be bludgeoned by a large black patton handbag! Those things hurt when they hit you in the head!
