To help soften the areas around the feet, apply your favorite lotion or cocoa butter on them. Sleep with socks on overnight and continue this for about a week. The vitamins/ingredients in the lotion will be absorbed and you can "feel" the difference. You can also lotion your hands and slip socks over them too while you sleep
