Well, as a non-member I was in a situation with my sister-in-law who is a AKA.

It was raining really hard and we had to go to the store to get medicine for my infant son. I didn't have a raincoat or an umbrella, so she let me borrow one of the two AKA jackets that she had in her car. Before we left, I asked her did she feel comfortable with me wear the slicker, and she insisted that I wear it because she knew that I had no intention towards AKA. I was not trying to perp, I just didn't want to get soaked. I turned the slicker inside-out so all you could see was the green color. Plus it didn't have any other information on it but AKA and the AKA sheild. No line, year, line name or chapter information.

If it wasn't for the coat, I would have gotten drenched.
