If you haven't already done so, be sure to read
RUSH AT UCSC if you want a glimpse of what it might be like to start a sorority/bring a sorority onto your campus.
I don't want to sound like a downer, but believe me when I say that it's not going to be easy, and it'll be very frustrating at times. In addition to the link to the NPC website, make sure you also look at the various MultiCultural sororities expanding across the country too.
