I was some lady that FOUND the ticket! Ohio laws states that whoever TURN IN the ticket gets the prize (not who bought the ticket).

if you found the ticket, would you guys turn it in or return it to elecia battler...i feel bad b/c i honestly can't say what i'd do. i may split it with her...who knows....i feel terrible...what do you guys think?
